This is the story of a young woman who is sent out as an ambassador for a world kingdom. She is to "travel the world encouraging what has been started, renew where there has been loss, and remind people everywhere of truth". It happens that a young man, the son of a king, sees her commissioning ceremony. He is attracted to her from that moment. He is also sent out, but with a different mission. His task is to discover and uphold the honor his father demands for himself and their country. As these two young people complete their separate assignments, their experiences are different, but they seem to meet similar challenges; there are parallels. When he does finally get to meet her, there is a bond of attraction, but each has much work ahead of them. They will have no time for each other for the foreseeable future.
