"The Bottled Up Feelings" is a collection of poetry about unspoken emotions that everybody struggles to deal with and express. It explores the inevitable stages of life, starting from dwelling on dreams, grappling with the dreary cold nights of chaos, suppressing emotions of affection, loneliness, loss, grief, insecurities, and abandonment, to blooming out of this chaos.
