About the Author

Siobhán Murray started in the music industry but was inspired to change her career when she became a single mum to her two sons. She established her psychotherapy and coaching clinic in 2010 and has been delivering bespoke workshops on behavioural change and mindfulness to companies, conferences and events around the country ever since.
