The Cosmopolitan Empire: One World but Whose?
This book is about conspiracies in high places. It shows that Democracies are in fact Oligarchies run by a conspiratorial elite comprising four factions—Imperial (Anglo-American), Globalist, Zionist and Green Left.
It touches all the live wires: Globalization, the Deep State, Jewish Lobby, Gay Lobby, Green Left, Freemasonry, the Illuminati, Big Brother, Nanny State, and World Government.
The Imperial faction is the secret society founded by Cecil Rhodes and led by Lord Alfred Milner. It aimed to create an imperial Anglosphere by getting the United States to rejoin the Empire, even if the capital had to be transferred to the USA. The UKUSA secret treaty and the Five Eyes intelligence network are the work of this faction.
But Anglo-American unity only come about through the Balfour Declaration, by which the USA entered World War I—via the machinations of the Jewish Lobby (even though other Jews opposed Zionism). The Zionists became a faction of the elite then; they aim at World Rule from Jerusalem.
The Trotskyist left follow Noam Chomsky's line that Israel is merely the sheriff of the West in the Middle East, but realists admit that the Lobby largely controls Congress and gets the USA to fight Israel's wars. The Gaza War and Genocide have put the power of the Lobby in the spotlight.
The Globalist faction was spawned by the Boer War. They rejected Imperialism and aimed for a World State; they sought that goal at the Peace Conference of Versailles, and again after World War II, and also after the Cold War. George Soros, the Rothschilds, the New York Times and the Economist belong in this faction.
The Green Left are the Left faction of the Globalists. Both factions promote Open Borders, Net Zero, Hate Speech Laws, LGBT, Vaccine Mandates, and International Courts; they differ over Palestine, the War on Terror, nuclear power, and public ownership of industries.
Bill Clinton (Globalist) signed the U.S. up to join the International Criminal Court in 2000; but George W. Bush (Imperial) "unsigned" the treaty, refusing to ratify it.
In 2003 the Socialist International, in its Declaration of São Paulo, called for "global governance" and a "new global tax" levied by the U.N. to provide global public services including environmental protection. It also called for Tax Havens to be abolished, and cancellation of the debt of poor countries.
The Globalists are attempting to implement the World State advocated by H. G. Wells, a supporter of Lenin and Trotsky but opponent of Stalin. The World State would end war, permanently, but may be tyrannical.
The motto of the Globalists is "One World or None," meaning that, without World Government, we will destroy ourselves—by wars, pandemics, or environmental degradation.
As an intermediate step, the Globalists are promoting the merging of Nation States into Region States. The European Union is the first, and a North American Union is also planned. That would be the end of the U.S. Constitution; the U.S. Dollar would be replaced by the Amero. The Globalists don't mind if the Dollar collapses under unrepayable debt, because they have a replacement, and the U.S. Constitution is an impediment to their plans.
H. G. Wells was the founder of the Green Left. Aldous Huxley's book Brave New World and George Orwell's book Nineteen Eighty-Four are both warnings about what Wells' World State would be like. Huxley depicted dumbing-down with sex, drugs and entertainment; Orwell depicted Speech Codes and Thought Police. Both have turned out to be correct.
The Cosmopolitan Empire includes original, detailed analysis of a number of conspiracies:
* The Media Blackout on the Assassination of JFK
* The Balfour Declaration as a Secret Treaty
* MH370 Solved: The CIA and the Broken-Wing Display
* The Mossad and CIA roles in 9/11, and
* Evidence That Stalin Was Murdered.

About the Author

Peter Gerard Myers is a conspiracy analyst. His multidisciplinary background enabled him to unravel the historic threads that led to a small elite controlling the world. He was born in 1948, and grew up in Sydney. He spent several years in a Catholic seminary studying Philosophy and Biblical Exegesis, and later gained degrees in Arts (Social Anthropology Hons and Philosophy, Uni. of Sydney) and Science (I. T, Maths and Physics, Uni. of Tasmania), and worked as an I.T. specialist in Canberra. As a generalist scholar, Peter looks to Arnold J. Toynbee, the patron saint of generalists, who warned of the dangers of over-specialisation, because it "leaves critical questions not only unanswered but unasked".
