About the Author

An insomniac since birth, my earliest memories are of lying in bed at night and making up stories to keep myself entertained. Anytime life got dull, I'd create my own adventure in my mind and suddenly I could be anyone, anywhere. It seemed only natural that those characters who've been bouncing around my own personal make believe world, would eventually find their way to the pages of a book. Each of my characters has a beloved life of their own, and the stories I'm telling about them are just the windows into their adventures.

While short to be considered a novel The Day Cupid Died is a charming tale. Although there's no man in Megan's life there is contentment in being who she is right now. Free of profane language and well structured it moves quickly and enjoyably along. I look forward to more about Megan and friends.

Recommended A short story where we find Megan on her own after six years of marriage plus having dated her husband through high school and college. Suddenly Megan finds she is divorced - she didn't ask for it. Her husband handed her the papers after they had gone to marriage counselling for a long period of time. It was all on him - he had had an affair with a married woman at his workplace. The story is close to a diary as we follow Megan on her journey to actually find herself. It is the first time she has ever been completely on her own.
