The F Word

Truth is stranger than fiction and you are holding my truth. 2020 was a trying time for me, in ways that were not related to the pandemic. As you read my story, you will see a woman who is physically and emotionally shocked and overwhelmed. The diagnoses I was given, the treatment options I was presented with, the medical professionals I had to endure, and the FMLA company I was stuck with made me feel as if I were steering a lifeboat in unfamiliar and raging waters.
