Half the book is recipes. My husband and I are accomplished in the kitchen and these recipes taste awful and has incredible prep time beyond what is specified. I have an open mind and am willing to try anything that will help with health. But, these recipes are really awful. It's all about selling a book. Shop around. I get the concepts, but there are many more books out there with better recipes than this crap.

I thought I would learn something new. I didn't. So I listed books that you will better off spending your money on. Either I or my friends and family have used them and guess what they actually worked. Good luck. Losing weight is a struggle and we are all in this together.
