God Created The World

God made the heavens.

God named the dry land Earth, and the water Seas.

God made the larger light to rule the day and the smaller light to rule the night.

God made all the creatures that move in the oceans.

God made every kind of bird that flies.

God blessed all the creatures he had made.

On the seventh day God rested.

God Created Man And Woman

God made a man from the dust of the ground.

God made a garden called Eden, and put the man there.

God told the man he could eat from any tree in the garden except the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

Adam gave names to all the animals and birds.

God made a woman out of one of Adam's ribs so Adam would have a helper.

A serpent tricked the woman into eating the fruit God said not to eat.
