The Goose Who Stayed North

This is the story of Thomas, a curious goose with a curious name, who tries to be a dutiful member of the flock, but has an irrepressible urge to explore, and though he listens to the elder geese tell of how horrible winter is, he wonders what the fields look like all white, and wonders if winter really could be so horrible.
