About the Author
Following a career change, he operated a corporate events business in Queensland, Australia, before joining the largest global provider of outside school hours care for schools in 2009. During his 9-years he progressed to a National role responsible for a $30 million portfolio. During his tenure, he was pivotal in building the family business to eventually be sold for over $400 million to a private US investment group.
He first represented his country at the age of 12 at the World Championships in Hong Kong in the sport of Dragon Boat Racing and then went on to represent his state across multiple sporting disciplines including athletics and surf lifesaving.
Romney authored his first resource, PE on the GO; a physical education resource for teachers in 2009 and in 2019, he created The Daily Goal Tracker, a powerful and practical resource developed to Create, Track and Achieve your goals. In 2020, Romney became an Amazon Best Selling Author with the release of The Habit Switch. His other books include Magnetic Goals, The Daily Goal Tracker, The 5 Minute Morning Journal and various children's books.
