About the Author

John Patrick H. Lee was born on July 30, 1980 in Manila, Philippines. He is the second among 4 children of Cancio B. Lee and Milagros C. Hernandez.

At the age of 8, he became a part of the Tiples de Santo Domingo, the famous all-boys choir that sings during 7:00am and 10:00am mass in Sto. Domingo church. This is while he was studying at Angelicum College which was just 5-10 minute walk from their house.

He took his high school at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila and graduated in 1997. After graduating, he joined the Order of Friars Preachers (Dominicans) where he became a Pre-Novice from 1997-1999. He was advised by his Father formator to finish his college and thus, continued to take A.B. Philosophy at the University of Santo Tomas where he graduated on 2002.

He then became a college instructor at Colegio de San Juan de Letran (Letran College) in Intramuros from June 2002 to March 2004 where he taught college students and handled different Social Science subjects such as: Philippine History, Rizal, Sociology and major Philosophy subjects such as: Chinese Philosophy, Social / Political Philosophy, Modern Philosophy, Metaphysics, etc.

He became a call center agent by June 2004 where he has worked for different companies such as Teletech, SITEL (legacy), Accenture, Orchid Cybertech, and VXI where he has been one of the consistent top performers of his team. It was in VXI where he got promoted to the Team Leader position and he is now currently with SITEL (Client Logic) as one of the Coaches / Team Leaders for a New Zealand Telecom Account.
