About the Author

Andrew Michael has been developing and designing the graphical imagery of Soul PALs for over two decades. With background in the best ways to develop self-worth and social responsibility, honed while legislative staff to then Chair of the Ways and Means Committee of California, John Vasconcellos. Vasconcellos implemented into public policy an approach to prevent costly problems that were derived from California Task Force to Promote Self-Esteem and Personal and Social Responsibility. Vasconcellos designed the Task Force and hired Andrew Michael to implement its recommendations.

Michael joined the legislative team following passing the California Bar and becoming a lawyer. While in law school, these Soul PALs were designed in an active way by Michael to delay with the legal world's lack of respect for the sacred meaning of words, in Michael's estimation.
