Then, a tragic accident changes the lives of these two young people; but will it bring them closer together or tear them farther apart? How many deep dark secrets is William keeping from those who love him? is he the easy going, good looking lad everyone assumed him to be or a man of mystery? About the Author

Charlotte Buelow was born and raised in rural Wisconsin. Her paternal grandmother was a McHenry and it is believed that her ancestors may have come from Scotland. She spent over a year researching Scotland's small towns and villages and finally decided to base her novel around The Village of Killin, Scotland. "Although I have never been to Killin, I fell in love with all the folklore and history of The Village and I have spent hours browsing pictures of its stunning beauty." "I hope someday i may be fortunate enough to visit." This is her first novel. She attributes her love of reading and writing to her mother, Lois Webster, who always had a book in her hand and a pen in her fingers.
