The Roberts Court: A Present and Future Danger

The Roberts Supreme Court is the most controversial Supreme Court in our history. The First Amendment distance between church and state has been bridged by a "religious rights" agenda. Previous Courts have decided in favor of certain unenumerated individual rights as being fundamental to our well being. This Court, using a religious standard, plans to "revisit" these decisions.
