About the Author

Simon Keeling has done stints as a TV weather man on all the main UK networks, but now spends more time writing about the weather, running weather courses for TV weather presenters, pilots and sailors, as well as running his own weather company. He is a Fellow of the Royal Meteorological Society and has a Master of Science Degree in Applied Meteorology & Climatology from the University of Birmingham.
