The Slaughters of the Race

In prison the elderly Chung Zhang is Joe Riggin's kindly mentor, but after women start dying upon Joe's release he realizes Zhang befriended him for a reason. He suspects the plan for his fall is bigger than anyone imagines, involving perhaps his own government. Unexpected help comes in the form of cool British restaurant owner Hester Haley and the unlikeliest ally of all, a cop who believes him.
