I just finished reading the book and it has been very helpful with managing my life! I feel like I am on a path to less anxiety and anger in both my personal and professional life. This book is very well written and informative. It reads like a book but also feels like a workbook which I found very helpful.I would recommend it to anyone (even if you don't think you need it)!
