Overview

On their fifth EP and first offering of 2023, K-pop quintet Tomorrow X Together deliver the upbeat, sunny The Name Chapter: Temptation. Across a swift five tracks, they balance high-intensity anthems with hard-hitting midtempo groovers. The sensual "Devil by the Window" transforms from a throbbing dance number into an ethereal atmospheric palate cleanser before the throwback disco bop "Sugar Rush Ride," an early high point for the EP. The bass-popping, hand-clapping "Happy Fools" features guest rapper Coi Leray, while the slinky "Tinnitus (Wanna be a rock)" evens out the pacing with a laid-back island vibe. Temptation closes on "Farewell, Neverland," an introspective acoustic reflection that slowly builds to a dramatic, towering conclusion.
