A young woman is raped and murdered on the campus of San Francisco State University. The killer left no clues at the crime scene and the evidence was compromised by the groundskeeper. San Francisco Police Detective JD Hardiman, his partner, Rudy Mendez, and their friend, Special Agent Pete Delvechio of the FBI must find and stop the killer before he attacks another innocent young woman.
