From Master of Horror Darren Shan, an infectiously gory bind-up to sink your teeth into...
B Smith doesn't fully buy into Dad's racism, but figures it's easier to go along with it than risk the fights and abuse that will surely follow sticking up for Muslims, black, or immigrants. That is, until zombies attack. This bind-up of the first three novellas in Darren Shan's Zom-B series leads B on a mad dash through the corridors of high school, a secret underground military complex, and the dangerous streets of a very changed London, making allegiances with anyone who has enough gall to fight off the deadlyand undeadattackers.

This book is beautiful. I have never read any of Darren Shan's books. I had originally went to the book store to get two other books by two different authors, but they didn't have them. I had went to a random isle and just so happened to grab this book. I finished this book with in a week and book two in it in less than 24 hours. I had my mom order the fourth book "Zom-b: Angels" for me. It is so well written. B's father makes you struggle to keep reading because how he is, but that's the point. And Shan's ideas with the zombies are so different and refreshing. I love these books and it was a nice series to introduce myself to Darren's work.
