Having read quite a few books from Natasha Madison, I was excited to read This Is Crazy, book 1 in her latest series.
We are back in the world of ice hockey and I am so excited to see what happens in this Something So series spin off..
I loved everything about this book. From start to finish Natasha Madison wove such an engaging story that I couldn’t help but be drawn in.
Zara Stone has been surrounded by ice hockey all her life, first with her father and now her brother, she thought she had everything she could wish for, until her boyfriend dumped her and then announced his engagement to another woman a few months later.
What better revenge than to have her ex’s favourite hockey player Evan Richards crash his wedding? What started off as a crazy idea in Zara’s head (after all she was never going to get involved with a hockey player) , quickly morphed into so much more.
Evan is intrigued when Zara tweets him with her proposal and figures why not? The chemistry between Evan and Zara was off the charts and so smoking hot, their banter had me laughing out loud on occasion and her family, well as always they are over the top.
I fell hard and fast for Evan, not only is he hot, but he is totally swoon worthy and an all around nice guy and I loved Zara, such a sassy and fun woman. These two together were a great pairing and I really wanted them to get their happily ever after.
I cannot wait to read more in this exciting new series from Natasha Madison.

Great writing, likeable characters, good plot, and a hot gentleman who insists on opening Zara's car door - what more can you ask for I'm a book?!?I highly recommend this one.

This latest book by Natasha Madison was absolutely a fun and sexy story that kept me engaged throughout.
Zara Stone thought she had it all figured out and was ready to commit herself to her boyfriend, but the darling boyfriend had other plans and they didn't include Zara. So, she decides that the best revenge is to show him a lesson with a handsome hockey player by the name of Evan Richards, and what started as a joke soon becomes a little more complicated for both Zara and Evan.
Holy moly, Evan is the stuff dreams are made of, handsome, sweet, and oh so sexy! He is without a doubt swoon worthy and Zara definitely hit the lottery with him, even though she didn't want to be attached to a hockey player. The banter between the two main characters was out of this world entertaining and the flow of the story feels very natural and convincing. There was a certain character that will make the reader want to get in the book and smack the heck out of her to show her some sense. But like in any good tale you need those complications in order for the main characters to grow closer together. There are appearances from characters from a previous series, but you don't necessarily need to read those other books in order to understand this one.
This is Crazy is fun, sensual, and enjoyable from beginning to end. Highly recommended.

Fun, flirty, sports romance with a feisty heroine and a sweet but still strong hero. Lots of smiles and giggles while I was reading this one. Lighter read with lots of cameos by past characters in the 'Something' series.

Can I just say how much I adore Natasha Madison??? She continues to blow me away with her storytelling talent!!!! This is Crazy was one of those rare books that kept me up way past my bedtime to finish!
I fell in love immediately with Zara and Evan. The book opens with Zara expecting an engagement, but what she got was dumped!!! Of course, no other woman was involved, right? That doesn’t ring quite true when she sees her ex’s engagement picture on Instagram. With a couple of drinks in her system, she decides to show him she is completely over him. So, she tweets his hero, hockey phenom, Evan Richards, and asks him to help her crash “said ex’s wedding.” He’s intrigued and accepts. What starts as something casual turns into something more...maybe even a little crazy!!!!
For a book to be really fabulous to me, it has to have a great storyline and great characters. Madison exceeded my expectations in both areas!!!! I felt like I knew both Zara and Evan! Zara is beautiful and sassy, yet she has a heart of gold. Evan is an alpha male, yet he respects Zara! He protects her, but he doesn’t try to control her. They were perfect for one another.
In addition, Madison also created a great cast of secondary characters!!! I loved both Zara and Evan’s families!!!! Can I just mention that two of my favorite characters were Evan’s labs, Lilo and Stitch. I have two labs myself, and Madison really captures their fun and loving nature.
The storyline was paced perfectly. Yes, these two fall pretty quickly for each other, but I felt like Madison realistically captured their connection, and the title accurately describes how the two feel about each other.
There are challenges to their relationship. Her brothers are on opposing hockey teams and are pretty protective of their sister. She lives in New York, and he lives in Dallas, TX. His sister is pretty protective of him as well! Yet, I loved watching this couple fall madly and crazy in love with one another.
The icing on the cake was that we didn’t just get one epilogue but two. Madison sets us up quite nicely for the next book in the series. I can’t wait to get Zoe’s story!!!! If you love a great hockey romance with some steam and sweetness, you can’t go wrong with this one!!!!

This Is Crazy by Natasha Madison is the first book in her new This is series and a hilariously sexy romp of misdeeds and humor. Told in dual POV between Zara and Evan you quickly learn that Zara has the tendency towards mischief when she reaches out to Evan to help her get back at her ex. What could go wrong, right? Between the secondary characters in this story and Zara & Evan I had so much fun reading this. Plus, you know, hockey! Sexy in all the right ways - this is my first read by this author but won't be my last. Now to catch up on her Something So series I am now eager to read. Enjoy!

Absolutely loved this story! Zara and Evan are so great together. They have fun, it's light, he's just the right amount of bossy without being overbearing. I love that Max and Matthew are there to keep him on the straight and narrow haha. Would have loved to see some pranks from Zoe and Zara, especially with Candace, that witch! But it was so fun to read. 5 Stars!!!

A super cute read with an alpha who is the perfect mix of strong/possessive yet so sweet! He never once waivers from his beliefs of Zara and I love how solid he is. Zara is strong as well and not about to be run over by others and her sense of humor is hilarious! This read will make you laugh and make you swoon all in one sitting!

This story! The way that Zara and Evan's feelings are described when they meet, and as they build their intense, you can almost feel the butterflies..and eventually the intense burn that happens between these two characters. This is the first of the next series, and previous characters and family loyalty are woven into this tale to make it even more enjoyable. The way that Zara and Evan meet is unconventional, and their romance goes warp speed. Evan is absolutely the best book boyfriend. End of. Zara is strong and successful, and she compliments Evan's alpha ways. The roadblocks in their relationship lead to a couple that has great communication....and I LOVE that. Great read and start to the series!

This is a fantastic spin-off from the Something So series! Natasha Madison really knows how to bring it! I love her writing style and this book has everything I love about sports romance including some actual hockey! Also infused with equal parts heat, humor, sweetness and one heck of a HEA, it’s not possible to love this book more than I do!! It has the sweet and sexy hockey player hero in Evan and the smart, sassy and sweet heroine in Zara. This couple is magical together and I love them so much! The dual POV makes their story that much better because we get to know what each of them is thinking. Zara and Evan have such incredible chemistry and are just perfect for each other. I love everything about their story. What starts out as a crazy idea turns into the best thing that has ever happened to both of them. I love the cameos from the characters I love from the Something So series. And I really look forward to the next book. Fantastic epilogues end this story in the very best of ways!

Natasha did it again. She sucked me into her book. This Is Crazy is a swoonworthy book. Perfect in every way. Evan is amazing! Zara wants to get even with her ex boyfriend. She shoots off a little tweet to his favorite hockey player, Evan Richards. It was supposed to be one date. Nothing more. There sweet story makes you want to be in this relationship with them. Evan is literally the perfect person.

This Is Crazy is the first book in the spinoff series This Is. We get to see some of our favorite characters from the Something So series and only adds to this awesome story.
What could possibly happen when Zara Stone, hurt by her ex boyfriend, decides to tweet hockey star Evan Richards? So much wonderfulness!!! There is witty banter, sexy dirty talk, hot AF steamy sexy times and just an overall enjoyable read.

The Queen does it again. I am never let down by this author she is outstanding I fall in love with every single Character and this is a spin-off of her other Hockey series so we know and get to catch up with her favorites from past books. Evan and Zara are Amazing together just perfectly Amazing they balanced out each other. I will not lie there I the end I thought I was getting chaffed, LOL.
Zara comes from Hockey royalty and she doesn't like watching the game, so it was so much fun watching her change and grow. Evan was so phenomenal with Zara he was patient and so caring and devoted. Ugh, I just a mushy pile of Goo after reading this. It made me teary-eyed and had me giddy for the entire read. I Am never disappointed by this author and added another book boyfriend in Evan

Natasha Madison has written one of the most perfect book boyfriends this time around. Evan Richards is going to make the readers SWOON! Every one will be calling dibs No one is going to share him. But all that doesn’t matter because he is and will always be Zara Stones.
We follow as two people fall hard for each other. We follow as these two make their lives fit for one another and all this craziness started with just one tweet.

Natasha Madison takes us back to her world of hockey for book 1 in her new series This Is and what a great start to what looks like another hit series, I have to say I loved her Something So series so I was apprehensive about going back into that world but I should never have doubted this very diverse talented author. This is one amazing read !!!!!
Zara Stone has spent all of life surrounded by hockey and it’s players she had everything she needed until the day her boyfriend dumped her and then a few months later announced he was getting married to someone else. Revenge is sweet and Zara thinks up the crazy idea of crashing her ex’s wedding with his hockey hero Evan Richards on her arm......
Evan is intrigued when a tweet arrives with Zara’s proposition and he decides fate must have played its part as he normally hasn’t nothing to do with his social media account as that is handled by his over protective sister.......
The chemistry this couple share is sizzling hot and the banter that flowed so naturally had me laughing out loud. Zara and Evan are easy to love but the secondary characters also have depth and I’m sure their own stories to tell which I hope we get in future books in this series. The perfect mix of passion and humour all add to the enjoyment of this wonderful story.

5 Cra-zy stars!!!
This Is Crazy by Natasha Madison is a great read and even though it’s a spin-off of the ‘Something So’ series, it can be read as a standalone. I know this because that’s what I did. Although, I’m going to go back and start reading the original series now, to see how the secondary characters that fill this book with some awesome laughs, got their HEAs.
Zara Stone is a fun, quirky, sexy girl who was dumped by her douchey boyfriend, and when she finds out he’s getting married less than six months later, she’s mad as hell.
She wants to get even and to do that she needs the sexiest man alive to help her.
Enter Evan Richards.
He’s hot as Hades and someone Zara’s ex idolizes so he’s the perfect man for the job.
It was only meant to be a wedding crasher kind of date, but they met before the nuptials happen and the chemistry and attraction are off the scales. These two are sweet and you just wanna hug them. One meeting is all it took for them to want forever, but with Zara living in New York and Evan in Dallas, can a long-distance relationship work?
There’s plenty of sassy banter, sexy interludes and a ton of hilarious family drama. I adored this book and can’t wait to read the next in the series.

I absolutely love the Stone family, and was beyond thrilled to hear we were FINALLY getting a story for Zara. Natasha Madison didn’t disappoint!!!
Zara and Evan are great together. Their chemistry just sizzles throughout the entire book, and I enjoyed watching both of them fall. Of course, it just wouldn’t be the same without the Stone family meddling somehow. Whether it was Zoe and Vivienne, with their bold, crazy attitude, or Matt, Max, and Cooper with their overprotective ways, this group knows how to be heard.
I loved seeing this more mature side of Zara, mixed with her old, fun self we grew to love from when they were kids in the Something So series.
An amazing read that I LOVED and would highly recommend!

This is Crazy is the kind of story that just hooks you instantly. The characters are fun and super entertaining. I loved getting to know Zara and her twin sister Zoe. Their connection and banter was a joy to see in action. I loved the way they just got one another and always had each other’s back, no matter what.
And then we have sweet Evan. Evan is a force to be reckoned with. He’s on top of his game and could have anyone he wanted. So, when Zara sends out her tweet, he couldn’t help but take her up on it. It should be just fun and games, but the chemistry between these two quickly turned this game into something more. I loved seeing Evan pursue Zara. Even though their story started off with an insta-love vibe, Evan was the perfect gentleman and wasn’t afraid to woo Zara. Evan was the absolute perfect blend of sweet, alpha and man. Zara didn’t stand a chance and had no choice but to just go along for the ride.
This is Crazy was a fun read from beginning to end. I loved all the hockey moments that made this story more than just a romance. I loved getting to spend time with Zara & Evan’s families. They were good people who made me laugh, but had their kids backs when it was needed the most.
This is Crazy is swoon worthy and sweet with just the right amount of sexiness. I loved the chemistry and tension between Evan & Zara. I couldn’t get enough of the dirty talk, sexy times and moments that just made me sigh. Yes, there was some drama. But, the drama that was there was perfectly placed and was just what the story needed.
Overall, I found this book to be a really enjoyable read. I couldn’t help but fall in love with the characters and the plot. I enjoyed getting lost in Zara & Evan and couldn’t help but devour their story. The ending was just right and the epilogue sets up the next story in this series perfectly. I for one can not wait to see what this series will have in store for us next!
