I loved this book! I am new to essential oils and many of the suggestions in this book, so it was really helpful to hear real success stories. I am very motivated to try these ideas in my own family!

Reviewed by Wen Lung for Readers' Favorite There is so little we understand about alternative medicine. Yet before we started feeding our bodies with chemically produced pills, people cured themselves with natural substances and they generally lived long and happy lives. Trust Your Intuition by Jenni Wilson is an inspirational compilation of 25 different natural remedies from common illnesses such as fevers, coughs and colds to medical mysteries like ADHD. Jenni Wilson describes herself as a natural herbalist. As a mother of 7, she has been an advocate of natural remedies from essential oils to organic produce. Her book empowers women in the family to step up and take control of their family’s well-being by reading up, being especially particular about food in the house, and ultimately trusting their intuition to care for their family.   I believe there are many women out there who genuinely want to change the negative habits that have been a vicious cycle in their families, yet have no idea where to start. This book encourages you to go to the core of the problem, and not simply trust your doctor who casually prescribes antibiotics and other drugs with the slightest symptoms. I tried out the recipes and tips provided in Trust Your Intuition, and I personally found that it held a lot of truth. I had more energy throughout the day, and I felt empowered to take responsibility for my own health.  What I enjoyed the most was the integrity of the book as these stories were written by real women; real women who found a loophole in medicine, and were desperately looking for alternatives. I would recommend this book to everyone looking for a guide to natural living.
