About the Author

C. T. Collier’s hometown of Seneca Falls, NY, is three times famous: as the Birthplace of Women’s Rights; the home of the Women’s Hall of Fame; and the fictional setting, Bedford Falls, in the movie It’s a Wonderful Life. It’s no wonder that, when the author left the Finger Lakes area for college and career, she planned to return.
