In an effort to raise awareness about the debilitating, non-contagious, chronic illness Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS), each month will feature patient stories and information about HS. Often misdiagnosed and misunderstood, the hope is to clarify that this condition is real, patients do suffer physically, mentally and emotionally, and to encourage research to find a cure.
