Vetever's Justice: Origins

700 year old vampire lives in a tiny northeastern village in his decaying castle. He watches over the town for hundreds of years. The townsfolk live in an unspoken arrangement. He walks among the town unchallenged. They have learned to keep away from the bitter man. He is far from charming, well-mannered or kind.
