Water Matters

Franklin M. Fisher, Dennis Carlton and Jane Berkowitz Carlton Professor of Microeconomics at M.I.T, was the leader of a group of Israelis, Jordanians, Palestinians and Americans, who together created MYWAS, the multi-year Water Allocation System for managing water systems in the Middle East.

Water Matters was an over-twenty-five-year-long project which created a model usable by each participating country for evaluating improvements in each water system.
