About the Author

LaShaundra Caesar was born and raised in Kingsville, Texas. There she graduated from H.M. King High School and Texas A&I University with a degree in elementary education. She earned her Masters’ Degree and Administrative Certification from University of Texas San Antonio. She played basketball in high school and college. LaShaundra knew she wanted to be a teacher and a high school varsity basketball coach. Her education and desire to coach led her to San Antonio where in 1997 her basketball team “The Lady Hornets” from East Central H.S. went to the state basketball tournament. She taught and coached for over thirty-two years. The last eight years were spent as an assistant principal and a vice principal in both public and private schools. With the true heart and love of coaching and motivating she became a certified financial life coach through the National Financial Literacy Educator’s Council and Dave Ramsey’s Master Coaching Courses. After becoming a certified financial life coach, she went on her own financial literacy campaign. She opened an office under “Caesar-Time” Financial Life Coach LLC, as chief executive officer and she then expanded her services to offer pension reviews, mortgage protection, living benefits and final expenses to her clients.
