This is an excellent book for children and adults as well when dealing with the death of a pet. However, I'm disappointed with the service from Barnes and Noble when ordering this book shortly after the death of our pet. We were asked to provide an email for notification when the book arrived and were told it would be about a week. We got emails alright.. for coupon offers and specials and other advertising and even this one to provide a review of the book we "purchased." Unfortunately, we NEVER received the email telling us this book was in stock to us to purchase. It's been nearly two months since we placed the order/request. Oh the wonders of "automation." We will likely still purchase this book for future issues or to share with friends. My "review" is based on past knowledge of this book and Fred Rogers reputation for communicating with children about difficult situations.
