As a child did, you ever wonder what heaven would be like?
Who you would see there?
What could they possibly be doing?
As Christians, God has promised us there will be no more tears and no more sorrow in heaven. So we can easily imagine our loved ones doing their most favorite things ... things we want to keep remembering them doing when they were with us.
Janet O'Connell wrote "When They Died Where Did They Go?" to give hope to children who have suffered the loss of a loved one after experiencing many losses of her own. "When They Died Where Did They Go?" was written with the intent to help children cope by recalling positive memories and give hope for the future.

I thought this book was very helpful during our recent loss. My daughter (5), who was very close to her grandpa, had many questions after his death and going through this book helped to start a meaningful conversation on death which we will all experience eventually. While at her age, she may not completely understand, she was comforted by the fact that her grandpa was still going to be doing the same things in Heaven as he did while he was here. Thank you.
