I found this book really made me want to do better at a job that I already love and at a company I love. It was very easy to read, the stories were inspirational, funny and sometimes sad yet had a happy ending. When you finish this book you feel sad that it's over and your wanting to start your own company with Paul Spiegelman as your mentor. I believe the people at Beryl are truly lucky to have such a wonderful company to work for and such a great CEO for a leader.
