- Do you really want the mission to succeed?
- Are you prepared to live within clear boundaries?
- Are you ready to align yourself with a greater purpose?
- Do you have what it takes?
Winning on Purpose offers leaders a way to organize congregations for success by creating structures that enable church life and health. As a comprehensive and powerful application of the biblical call to mission, Winning on Purpose sets forth the Accountable Leadership strategy. This model of leadership brings together standards for mission, boundaries, and accountability, and then shows how these standards come to life through the performance of four key players: the board, the pastor, the staff, and the congregation.

The authors of this book do a good job helping you to set your mission and vision for your congregation, especially if you are wanting to have your church move into the future. So many churches don't have a clue what their mission is and therefore are unable to move forward with the message of the Gospel This book will help you to learn your mission, set your vision and then begin to work towards that mission. It doesn't give you a template that you can plug into your current ministry but it does give you insight and direction as you work on your planning and future.
This is a book for a select group but that group can gain a lot from it. It is written in a fashion that is easy to apply.
