Children of all ages (8-84) will enjoy this gothic adventure about a good little girl, Anka. She lives in a village, but no one likes her. In fact, the villagers call her "naughty" and "uppity" and Anka feels like she doesn't really fit in.

The day finally dawns when Anka breaks one too many rules. The villagers said, "Enough!" and she is cast from the village and the gate is slammed is shut on her.

Afraid and alone, little Anka looks around and sees no one at all. There is only one path. It leads into the forest, which is deep and dark. With no where else to go, she takes one step and her journeys begins. This modern day, old-fashioned fairytale is a quest of redemption taken by one little girl hero.
