For a 900+ page book, I had a hard time putting it down. It was a page turner and I was actually sad when I finished the book. Hard to put down books don't happen often. Am checking out another D H Starr book and I hope it is of the same quality.

A very well written and enjoyable story. I recommend reading the first book in the series too. Great characters, sweet romance and interesting story lines kept me thoroughly engaged. A hard book to put down!

I fell in love with the depth and maturity of the charcters. It was a really page turner for me. The emotions and scenes were real and coherent. I really like the book a lot.
