I never heard of this before. But it sounded like my kind of read. And it reminded me a bit of that other series with Dawn of the Arcana. Especially that art style. Also starting watching the anime while reading this. This was a really good start and looking forward to reading the other volumes.

While waiting for season 2 of the anime series, I am glad to have bought the book. The illustrations are beautiful and the story is well developed with a bunch of characters that are around the main girl.

I have already seen the anime for this so I'm super excited to finally see they have a manga for it.

Normally I'm not a huge fan of girl's romance series, but Yona of the Dawn was one I hoped would be translated and released in the US. Why? Because it is a real story of friendship and bonds told by real people and a real girl. Not one who just wants to look pretty and sighs over a good looking guy - that is so annoying! But a spitfire of a young woman who had a secluded life with a kind heart who truly cared and loved friends, people and her land. It is epic and lovely on many fronts and I'm trilled to finally own the series.

This is one of the best stories I have ever read. I love the characters and the journey they have to go through.
