About the Author

Tami Lehman-Wilzig is an award-winning author of sixteen Jewish content picture books. Her award-winning titles include SOOSIE, The Horse That Saved Shabbat; Keeping The Promise; Nathan Blows Out the Hanukkah Candles; Passover Around the World; and Green Bible Stories for Children. PJ Library has selected five of her titles for its English language markets, has translated two of her titles for its Spanish speaking markets, and one for its Russian speaking market. Living in Israel for forty-eight years, Tami served as one of the country's leading English language advertising copywriters for thirty-five years, creating the marketing image of numerous Israeli exporters.
