John Lee Johnson from Texas: The Man from Texas

This story is about a land takeover in Texas by a scheming Union major and his two nephews. Unfortunately for them it was the ranch that belonged to John Lee Johnson's father. The hard-charging Texan leaves his soldierly duties with the approbation of his superiors and returns over many miles, meting out justice and mercy on his way. He encounters many problems and adventures on his way much like Ulysses on his way home from Troy.
