Vincent Morgan was born and grew up in the Mojave Desert town of Boron, California. He received his BA from Biola College (now Biola University). He studied Hebrew at Ulpan Akiva, Netanya, Israel. Post graduate work was completed at Jaffray School of Missions (now Alliance Theological Seminary). He studied Russian through private teachers in NY.
