About the Authors:
Barbara Seagram owns and manages one of the largest bridge schools in North America, where she teaches more than 1000 students every year to enjoy bridge. She has been awarded 'master teacher' status by the American Bridge Teachers Association, on whose Board of Directors she sits. Her other books include 25 Ways to Compete in the Bidding.
Englishman Marc Smith writes monthly columns for both BRIDGE and BRIDGE PLUS as well as for the OKBRIDGE SPECTATOR. He is an expert bidding forum panelist for numerous magazines, as well as at Bridge Forum on the Internet. He lives near Southampton, UK. His other books include The Bridge Technique Series with David Bird, 25 Ways to Compete in the Bidding with Barbara Seagram, Countdown to Winning Bridge with Tim Bourke, and World Class.

    Makes you a winner

    Great book gives the new to intermediate player a series of useful conventions to add to their toolkit. My partner and I have SLOWLY added 15 of the conventions and we have won 3 knockouts, and are consistently 'in the money' whenever we play, even against the 'big' people.
