51 Diet Recipes (Vegetarian)
by Nita Mehta

Diet Recipes are specially created watching the calories as well as the nutritional aspect of each recipe. Healthy foods, herbs and a variety of cereals are included in the recipes making them truly beneficial. Healthy cereals and pulses like oats, wheat bran and gram flour are used in giving you a variety of roti recipes. White polished rice has been replaced with fibre rich brown rice, which keeps you feeling full for a longer time. Paneer is an excellent protein for the vegetarians, but it is always better to make it at home. 1 kg skim milk when curdled with 2-3 tbsp lemon juice will give about 200 gm paneer. Vegetables have been combined with dals to add more nutrition and variety. I truly believe, “You are what you eat”. Eating these foods will help you keep fit and slim with a glowing skin and healthy hair.
