Bonnie began telling stories as a child. Whenever there was a sleepover, she was the designated ghost tale teller, guaranteed to frighten and thrill with macabre tales.     Loved it!

    I love zombie apocalypse books, and I thought that this was a great one. The second book in this series is also another on that should be on your zombie must read list. Great survivalist, action packed book. Plenty of suspence and lots of zombies. I have to say it again loved it. I hope there is a third in this series.

    So-so

    The first half is pretty good- action, suspense, spooky. Then the second half turns into romance and all forward momentum flies out the window. The core group separates stupidly letting the weaker members go off with two new guys that are proven d-bags? Then the book comes to an abrubt end with one.of the group bitten and them meeting up with a coast.gaurd patrol that may or may not be friendly. Unsure if there is to be a 2nd book to resolve things, and I dont really care.

    CONTENT GOOD EDITING POOR

    I enjoyed this book for the most part, but as with a lot of ebooks, I had a difficult time getting past the grammatical mistakes and poor punctuation. All in all, it's a solid read and I'd recommend it as a great midnight page turner.

    I loved the storyline

    But I got really annoyed with all the typign errors, or usage of wrong names..like she accidently started lusting after the wrong guy...Proofread please and the characters were alittle flat..I could not really imagine them because the descriptions are so vague..but the story line was really good and I enjoyed it, if you like romance and zombies(not together) then this book is a book for you!

    Pointless

    The book was mostly good, but at the end it failed big time! The charactors making stupid decisions they wouldnt make the rest of the book, and the end was terrible! Just left it totaly hanging. Frustrating doesnt begin to describe it, more like discusted. Waist of money.

    Not her best story

    I've read her other zombie story and this wasn't even written in her same easy to read style. Its not bad, but she's written much better.

    I really enjoyed this!

    I have been some what obsessing over zombie fiction lately. Dunno why. Regardless, I have read all of the Joe McKinney, Giangregorio and Fuchs on here (as well as many others) and I really liked this book and the next one. So. Yeah.

    In desperate need of editing!

    I love the story line and it is easy to read aside from the horrible editing job! I'm one of those people who gets tripped up every time I see an error in a book. This is the worst editing job I've ever seen. I'm reading the nook version so perhaps that is why? Lots of "now"s instead of "no"s and "then"s instead of "than"s along with some missing words and lack of punctuation brings this book down from a 4 star to about a 2.5 star book for me.

    Very exciting! !

    i am a post-apocolypse junkie, and this book did not disappoint. The setting was well described and characters very believable and relatable. The action keeps the pages turning and i would love to see a movie version! Already read the sequel and i highly recommend both books. I hope theres another.

    Highly Recommend

    This book was excellent! It has it all: survival, romance (some not sickening), and of course zombies. The book grabs you from the beginning and never lets you go. I will definately be reading more by this author.

    Another great one

    I think I am in love with this writer , she takes zombies and pulls it to an all new level . The charaters are easy to like and the villins easy to hate .
    This is a fast book ever at 400 and some pages it just flew by . I could not stop reading and went and got the other one as soon as I finished the first . Lately zombies books have been hit or miss with most writers but this one did not dissappoint like some others .
    My only complaint would be the lack of real ending . I hope she keeps going with this story line and lets us find out what else happens to the people we have come to know .
    Ms. Dee please write more and please write faster . I never write reviews but I had to for this one because it was so great and I realy hope the writer reads this and writes some more zombie books .
