It's a shame that Don Williams is not heard much on the radio these days. This 2-CD set represents the best of Don Williams. 40 songs, each one excellent. It is a very good retrospective of one of the great talents in country music. It belongs in every country music fan's collection.

Don Williams, the legend. All his hits on this cd package, what a find.
Put on this music of this easy laid back crooner and sing or hum along with him and go back in time with your memories.
This is a great set of this artist's music that has made him an icon of ballards and music to sing along with in his easy tempo of melodies of love.
This is a great buy and will bring much enjoyment for a long long time.

I've loved Don Williams since I was a little girl and it's great to have some of his best songs compiled together!

Still, there are great moments throughout both discs, all offering definitive proof that Williams' laid-back, warm country-pop was as good as mainstream country-pop got -- it was lush and accessible, but with real ...
