    Rhymin' and Chimin', Sing-songy Timin'

    BABY DANCE has great rythym; to amuse myself, I often sing it rather than read it. It introduces directional concepts (i.e. up, down, backward, forward, 'round and 'round), too. It's nice to see a father consoling and playing with his daughter to let her mother take a nap. It's realistic that they awaken her (and the cat) at the story's end.
