Tim Green
Tim Green

Tim Green played Little League baseball for many years before specializing in football. After graduating as covaledictorian from Syracuse University, he was a first-round NFL draft pick and played as a star defensive end for the Atlanta Falcons for eight years. He earned his law degree with honors and has worked as an NFL analyst for FOX Sports and an NFL commentator for NPR.

When his sons began to play baseball, Tim drew on his early love of the game to coach their teams. His exciting books for young readers include the New York Times bestselling Baseball Great, Rivals, and Best of the Best.     Very decent read

    A great book. Though i di not read the second book about troy, this one is a pretty good book for someone in sixth grade or a rising seventh grader.

    This book is about a boy named troy who has just met his father

    This book is about a boy named troy who has just met his father and wants him to represent him and help him get money. Troy has won the state championship and is now playing in a border battle all star team where he gets mad because he does not start. Troy soon finds out that his father is in trouble and he can stop jail time if he helps.
    I liked how the author was persistent with the quotes he put in and i liked that. I disliked how the author made the mom hate the dad.
    I would recommend this book to anyone that has read the first 2 and to football lovers everywhere.

    Great Book

    This is a great book about the reunion that Troy has with his dad until Troy finds out the truth about his dad. Between finding agents to represent him and having to help the F.B.I. Troy is shaken. The reason for this being a 4 star, is because it leaves you hanging at a big part in the series. Did Troy's dad really die from commiting suicide or is he the person who Troy thought he saw wink at him? I cant stand it when books leave thhe reader hanging for more information.
