Jo Owen is a world-renowned corporate coach and speaker on leadership, tribes, global teams, and influence. Owen has launched four national charities, including Teach First, one of the UK’s top five graduate recruiters. He has built a business in Japan, created a bank, served as a partner at Accenture, and worked with 100+ leading organizations around the world. His other books include How to Lead, How to Manage, How to Influence, How to Sell, and Tribal Business School. David M. Levine, Ph.D., Professor Emeritus of Statistics and Computer Information Systems at Bernard M. Baruch College (CUNY), is an honored innovator in statistics education. His best-selling books include Statistics for Managers Using Microsoft Excel, Basic Business Statistics, Quality Management, and Six Sigma for Green Belts and Champions. David F. Stephan is an instructional designer who pioneered the classroom use of personal computers and is a leader in making Excel more accessible to statistics students.
