This was a great story. I felt like I was reading a Stephen King book! It was a nice long story. Really kept my interest and I recommend this book highly. If you like Stephen King, read this book.

I really enjoyed this book. The storyline was very "stephen kingish" and was well written. My only two issues is that I really would have liked to seen one character being really fully developed and take the lead and the ending seemed to be slighly rushed. But otherwise a very good read.

This book was well written. The author did a great job intertwining each characters dark secret into the story. This story kept me on edge from the beginning to the end of the book. I look forward to reading more great books like this one from the author, Jonathan face.

I have to agree; engrossing story, great character development, well written, but the ending was a bit rushed. Still, a superb read!

This was a pretty good read--It was really entertaining, but kind of felt like the ending was rushed. Could use some editing

Though told in a breezy and somewhat amteur way, Catharsis paints a frightening and bleak tale. The supernatural elements are reminiscent of Bently Little's work, fraught with cold malice and unexplained powers. Definitely recommended for horror fans.

Most of the characters are such deprived people that after awhile you stop thinking they might have some redeeming qualities but for some unknown reason I kept going to the rnd

I could not put this book down. Never a dull moment

Well written, but there is no one to like and identify with in this grim tale, so it earns three stars, not four, in spite of its ingenious twist on the legend of the Pied Piper.

I loved this book. It reminded me of a Stepen King / Dean Koontz novel. It is well written and follows characters in a way that grabs you. The attention to details was spot on. This is a must read for thriller/horror readers. You will not be disappointed.

This was a nice little tale about a small town inhabited mostly by criminals of all kinds from murderers to embezzeler to sexual predators. This town has a past and it seems like the past is repeating itself. Retributiin is had in the end. Makes you kinda wonder who your neighbors really are and what secrets they hide. Not really scary but an entertaining read.

This book was very well written. It was a gripper from the start. It made it very hard to put it down. I liked the writing style and the added timeline. It was packed full of characters, but they all tied together. Great ending.
