As Cecily Sinclair prepares for the Pennyfoot’s lavish Midsummer Ball, one of her aristocratic guests checks out in a most alarming fashion. After climbing onto the balcony of his top-floor room, the nobleman performs a peculiar dance along the railing—then plunges to the pavement below.
