Editorial Reviews

Kirkus Reviews
Diecut landscapes provide extra excitement as a sturdy black train chuffs through forests, past mountains, through a tunnel-"Toot, toot! / It's dark in here"-and to the seaside. Onomatopoeic train sounds complement the simple text as the bright acrylic collages depict the journey. A winner for toddlers, as is its companion, Beep Beep (9780763634827).

    Fun for train lovers!

Our 15 month old loves to turn the pages of this board book. He enjoys hearing us make the sounds of the train on its way to the beach. His favorite part of the book is when the train goes into the tunnel...he likes peeking at us through the cutout. It is rather short, but perfect for bedtime when he wants to read one more book!
