Silvana Nardone is the founding Editor in Chief of Every Day with Rachael Ray, where she has been honored with the magazine industry's top awards since its launch in 2005.     Must have for all gluten free kitchens!

    I recently bought this book for my sister who has been gluten free for about a year. My hope was to make her a birthday cake this year that tasted "normal". The chocolate birthday cake recipe did not disapoint. The cake was moist and flavorful unlike other GF cakes that are firm, dry and tastless. It was wonderful! I also made up a jar of Silvana Nardone's all-purpose flour mix. My sister is really looking forward to trying almost everything in the book. The recipes in the book are practical and most importantly, delicious! You can't go wrong purchasing this cookbook.

    Excellent - A Must for the Family

    After reading that Silvana Nardone spent time perfecting recipes for her son to enjoy I decided to take a leap and buy this book. I have not been disappointed. One of the greatest tips is right spat the start of the book; to create your own all-purpose gluten free flour. By first following that step, I was able to spend the weekend trying at least six recipes. My young boys, six and seven, loved the gingerbread pumpkin spice pancakes as well as the crepes. The apple crumb cake is awesome and the cornbread is moist and delicious. This is certainly a must- have for those looking to make the switch to gluten free cooking and baking.

    Excellent

    We have been a gluten conscious family however since purchasing this book I can now say we are gluten free. Great receipies and easy to follow!

    Love this cookbook!

    This has become one of my favorite gluten-free cookbooks. The pumpkin muffins are fantastic! My daughter couldn't tell they were gf.

    Exactly what I was looking for!

    This book is wonderful for the dairy and gluten free diet with many tasty recipes that don't have to be manipulated if that is what you're looking for. It also gives a recipe for a gluten free baking mix which can then be used be used in your favorite recipes or through out the book. Sylvana also does a great job incorporating the story behind everything, which is very helpful when you feel overwhelmed, frustrated, and left out!

    Completely delivered!!

    It's great having a cookbook that gives great tasting food without gluten and dairy that adversely affect so many of us. It's made getting in the kitchen more fun again...as it should be!! Have made many many of the recipes for those with and those without food concerns...all have raved!!The only recipe that didn't deliver was the brownies. That could be user error although I thought I followed the recipe...oh well.

    quintessential g-free d-free book

    This book has so many excellent recipes. Most recipes have gluten or dairy in them, so it is SO helpful to have a book where I can eat all the recipes and don't have to make substitutions. And all the recipes are DELICIOUS. The author is a talented chef so there are so many recipes that make my mouth water. And the recipes aren't too complicated, so even I can make them. Love this book. Most useful recipe book I have.
