I received an ARC for an honest review What a fabulous sequel.

I received an ARC for an honest review

What a fabulous sequel. I loved how the story unfolded. So the story picks up exactly where it left off with Peter and Sidney. Peter lets Sidney in on the fact that he is one of the famous Ferro brothers. Each one of the brothers is a head case in their own right. However, Peter seems the most put together. Sidney is appalled that Peter has been lying to her so she takes off. Sidney decides she will go back home to make peace with her family. Along the way she encounters Dean, the man who raped her long ago. He is still determined to terrorize her. Peter comes in to rescue her at the right time, and they decide to continue the road trip together. This is a great moment for them. Sidney learns to trust and really get to know Peter. Peter in turn fall more in love with Sidney. I love the banter between the 2 of them. I also really enjoyed all of the scenes in which Sean Ferro (The Arrangement) and Sidney were in scenes together. H.M Ward did a great job with this story. I highly recommend.

I absolutely love this series and I can't wait to see what happens with the next brother...I am already in love with his character. As for this book, like usual, I love the banter and sexual tension between them. Ward has a way of writing that pulls you in and keeps you wanting more. I am grateful for the ARC and hope to get more! Can't wait to see what lies ahead as their stories continue to unfold! :)

I was fortunate enough to get an ARC of this book, I love every

I was fortunate enough to get an ARC of this book, I love everything that H.M. Ward writes, and she has outdone herself with this
sequel to Damaged. I have to first apologize for how long this review is, but it is because of how much I loved this book. I had so
many emotions running through me as I read this book and hoped to convey these in this review. Throughout this book I was happy,
sad, heartbroken, infuriated, disgusted, disappointed, excited (in many ways lol), and hopelessly in love with all 3 Ferro brothers. I
don’t want to give too much away so I am going to try and express how much I loved this book without sharing details of all the good
parts. First off I was highly disappointed with Sidney, her reaction to finding out about Peter was terrible, she jumped to all kinds of
conclusions, made rash judgments, completely dismissed their whole relationship because he did not tell her who his family was,
and then I became infuriated with her when she wanted to leave and this is what happened “Peter darts in front of me and blocks the
door. “ I can’t let you leave. Not with Dean out there waiting for you.” “Am I really safer in here?” Oh my gosh I was yelling at this point,
I could not believe that she said that, like he would harm her like Dean had just because who his family was, man I was hot, if this is
what Holly intended, to get the reader all worked up well then good job Holly. Sidney goes on to think about how messed up his family
is and I am thinking, wow, talk about how messed up a family is, her family turned their back on her, called her a liar, and her brother
still to this day thinks she made the attacks up, I just couldn't get over how judgmental she was being, my heart was breaking for
    Peter.
When I read about her trip home it was made up of some of the best reading of the book, so many hilarious things happened, one of
the funniest statements, one of the most loving and romantic scenes was on this road trip, and a lot of suspense and action along the
way. One of the funniest statements came from Sidney’s friend Millie when she saw Sidney talking to a guy (didn't know it was Dean),
“Stop picking up hot guys at the gas station. I already told you that they don’t like riding in the trunk.”, “The shovel will smack him in the
head every time you hit a bump.” This was so funny and I laughed out loud even though a second before this comment what was
happening in the story was not funny at all. It was great when Peter took over being Sidney’s companion on the trip and they had their
encounter with the “birds” on the road. I was howling when Peter threw a certain item at the “bird” and used it to get him into the
backseat. That “bird” ended up playing quite the role throughout this whole book and all of the parts with this “bird” made me laugh
out loud each and every time, I loved Mr. Turkey. I have to say I was so happy when Peter finally stood up to Sidney, one time giving her
a short, harsh answer and saying “It’s the only answer you’re getting, since you believe what you've read in the tabloids instead of
what I've told you.” Then she gets so angry with him and tries to hit him and she is against his chest and leans in to kiss him and he
tells her “A kiss means something to me, and I don’t share them with women like you.” “A woman like me?” He nods. “What the hell
does that mean?” Peter steps closer again, and lowers his face to mine. He speaks swiftly and passionately. “A woman who’s
blinded by my name, a woman who can’t see me as anything but a Ferro.” Bam, burn, he told her lol, loved it, she deserved it. The
only problem is she continued to infuriate me with statements about Peter being similar to Dean; I hate this because their actions
were so different and it tore him apart every time she made these comparisons.
During this trip we did learn more about what happened to Sidney in Deans van the first time he raped her, this was heartbreaking,
she had no choice, and he took all of the control out of her hands. I loved how Peter was right there next to her comforting her and when
she asked why he came with her he told her that he wasn't giving Dean any chance of getting her alone ever again. One of the most
romantic parts of this whole book was in the hotel room, they are kissing, Peter is touching her, Sidney wants to reach out and touch
his face, put her hands in his hair but she cant because she is holding on to a towel she has wrapped around her as a safety net
because she is feeling vulnerable and her top is see through. Peter says this to her, “Let go. I’ll hold it for you.” His words hit me so
hard that my jaw starts to tremble. Tears prick my eyes as I try not to cry. I've wanted to reach up and hold his cheek in my hand and
run my fingers through his hair, but I can’t do any of that if I’m holding on to the towel. I release the towel and he holds it in place for me.
I have to say I loved how Sidney and Avery got along when they stopped to see Sean in New York, but I hated how Sean was presented
throughout most of this book, thank goodness she did let us see his humor and charm here and there when she was making him
seem angry, mean, and uncaring over something like 6 chapters but then from that point forward we got to see the Sean we all have
come to love, we got to see his loyalty to his brothers, more humor, way more charm, and finally his belief in true love. What Holly had
Sean do at the end of the book just melted my heart and made me yearn for her next book in his series, The Arrangement. I loved
getting to learn a little about Jon, I can’t wait to read his story. Around chapter 23 till the last chapter are my favorite parts of this book,
so many things happen, so many emotions are brought out, we see a different side of a character, we learn many secrets, we get to
read about Peter and Sidney having fun together, no stress, or others getting in their way, and we get the Best Ending Ever!!!!!!!

I received an ARC of this book and boy was I a happy camper the night I got it. I stayed up reading till I finished. I laughed, I cried, I got mad this book brought out such a range of emotions in me. If you haven't read all of the Arrangement before you read Damaged 2 I would take the time to read them, there are the 2 main characters in the Arrangement that show up in Damaged 2 and I think knowing the whole story made my reading experience so much better. Although I do think you can read and love this book without reading the others for myself I am so glad I did. Also be sure and read Damaged as you will be a little lost otherwise.
The author does a wonderful job with this book dragging the reader right into the story.
Even thought I have a ARC copy which I treasure I loved this book enough that I bought the ebook to support the author.

Well done Ms. Ward!  Damaged 2 is the emotional follow up to Damaged.  This is a wonderful love story of Peter and Sidney.  I highly recommend this book!
Make sure that you read Damaged first as these are not stand alone books.  I would also recommend that you read The Arrangement series too.  This book gives wonderful insight into Sean Ferro from this series.
Peter and Sidney adventure though this book learning more and more about each other.  And when they meet Mr. turkey...well you'll have to read that yourself!
I laughed, cried and sighed over this book!  It was a page turner with just the right amount of angst!  The characters came alive on the pages!
Buy this book!  You will not be disappointed, I promise!I hope to see more of Peter and Sidney in The Arrangement and in Stripped, mother book about the younger Ferro brother, Jonathan.

I wasn't really sure where this book was going to go but I have to say that I loved it. The mingling of the two books was great. It really makes me crave the next installment of The Arrangement. The brothers are definitely interesting. I loved the humor laced into this book. The "turkey" was just an incredibly funny ongoing joke. I was really happy with the way the book progressed and I loved the sweet ending. After reading all of the Arrangement books it was really nice to have a happy ending. Cant wait for more from the Ferro brothers.

I absolutely loved Damaged 2, which picks right up where H.M. Ward left off in Damaged. The author knows how to make the reader laugh one minute, cry the next and gripping your e-reader in suspense. Don't want to spoil the plot but there is quite a bit of sexual tension built up between the two main characters that is played off in a way that does not become old. If you have read The Arrangement, you definitely need to read both Damaged and Damaged 2. Can't wait for the Ferro stories to continue. Absolutely a fan of this author.

¿Damaged 2¿ starts right were the ¿Damaged¿ ended. Sidney and P

“Damaged 2” starts right were the “Damaged” ended. Sidney and Peter are dealing with the after effects of her run in with Dean and Sam. Peter has something to reveal to Sidney and from that moment on everything changes. Is Peter who he claims to be? Sidney’s world is turned upside down in more ways than she thought possible. What do you do when you don’t want to face something? You walk away. It’s easier said than done, especially when what she’s trying to leave behind doesn’t seem to want to let her go. Sidney decides to visit her dying mother and try to forget all of her problems. The only trouble with that is that her problems seem to find her wherever she goes. Who can she trust when those she trusted betrayed her?
This book is definitely my favorite in the series. It is full of unexpected moments that will make you laugh out loud and smile all day. You will fall in love with Peter even more. There will be new characters introduced into the book and Sean is one of them. You will feel a love and hate relationship with him but he makes the story much more exciting. I found myself loving him at the end. I definitely look forward to reading the next book in the series. However, you can read this book and be completely satisfied with the ending unless you are like me and want more. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking for a good read that will make you laugh. This series is one worth reading.

I started the DAMAGE series yesterday, and finished it… yesterday. I couldn't put it down. I'm still day dreaming about it and this second book is much better than the first, containing the best humor i've read in ages. It is a decent story, and I always fall for the happy endings. That being said, I can't ignore that somethings were seriously missing from the books, like the fact that the main character was never described … EVER! Most of the  time I was able to ignore the gaps in the story, but at others it felt like the plot was being pulled by imaginary strings with no connections whatsoever and it left me a little disappointed. Its a very enjoyable piece, with clever twists that add spice to it. They are not the best books out there, but I would dare say they are worth the time  if what you are looking for is a pleasant distraction from your daily routines… or your sleep hours :/

Continues immediately where the first book left off. Great story, great ending. But sad that it seems that this brother will only get 2 books as it wrapped up awful neatly. I would rather buy a big novel instead of all of the cheaper piece meal novellas, but it is a great story.
