There is a lot of heat in this little bitty story. Whew. I had to check my screen for singes. The plot takes turns I didn't see coming and it makes it a nice little read.
I've read my share of BDSM stories and love many of them. What makes this one a bit different is that I didn't really get to learn of the relationship between Stella and Sir before the meeting in the parking lot. How did they build the rapport? Was the relationship made of an emotional connection or just for the sake of shock value? I wanted to get to know both Sir and Stella more to better understand the Dom/sub relationship. The little glimpses are nice, but I wanted more.
Still, I felt like I was right there in the parking lot with Stella as she performed for Sir. The tension, Ms. Danes, is palpable. Stella wants to please him and her self-discovery combined with her spurred desire make it interesting.
My wish? The story were a bit longer, but hey, a sequel is always a nice possibility as well.
If you want a story that's hot and prickly at times - but in a delicious way - then you need to read Decent Exposure. I give this story 3.5 cherries.
